When a company sells on credit, it attracts new customers who would otherwise not buy from the company but the business/company must keep a regular check on credit days and receiving the payment from the customer.
If company fails to keep a record on credit sales this would result in loss of revenue thus increases irrecoverable debts
Credit sales report will be prepared separately, by creating customer Ledger along with Customer profitability, will suggest the Business to get the Customer Credit worthiness report if it is a new customer. After looking at the customer profitability, customer credit days, the maximum credit days to be allowed will be informed to the Business partner, we will frequently reconcile the Customer Ledger by getting outstanding report from customer end.
