As part of Dubai’s efforts to develop its economy, Dubai Development Authority (DDA), previously Dubai Creative Clusters Authority (DCCA), was established. DDA regulates certain free zones located in the Barsha area of Dubai.
Following are the free zones regulated by the DDA
- Dubai internet City
- Dubai media city
- Dubai outsource city
- Dubai production city
- Dubai knowledge park
- Dubai studio city
- Dubai design district
- Dubai international academic city
- Dubai science park
- DQuarters Dubai
- Dubai industrial city
A company registered with the Dubai Development Authority (DDA) must submit Audited reports. All companies under Dubai development Authority (DDA) are required to submit their DDA audit reports by 30th November 2022.
Audit reports and summary sheets are to be submitted via the AXS portal.
Information that must be included in the summary sheets are:
- profit and loss account
- balance sheet
Deadline to Submit DDA Audited Financial Statements is before 30th November 2022
FZ- LLCs and Branch Companies must comply with these submission requirement, if not DDA may fine and suspend licenses for failure to comply with the DDA requirements
